Once again, a week of love. In my Providence Journal column today, I talk about the new research on gratitude. These scientists have found that by expressing gratitude we can become a more appreciative person. In other words, we can develop an attitude of gratitude.
How about love. If we keep repeating words of love, perhaps we can become more loving. Perhaps try this affirmation:
“I am a loving individual and I wish love to all whom I meet this day.”
“I wish love for others and I am a magnet for love.”
“I am grateful for the loves in my love — past, present, and future.”
“I wish love even for those who brought me sadness because if they find love, then I am released and will find love also.”
“I am divinely irresistible to my greatest love now.”
