Interestingly, New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd did a piece about finding the ideal man — with the advice of a Catholic missionary priest!
In this day of high profile and messy celebrity divorces, she presented the opinions of a man, who, for starters, cautioned against men who:
- Have no friends
- Can be stepped on
- Are tied to their mother’s apron strings

And if you are really looking for a husband, whether you are a kitten or a cougar, start out with honesty. I know, I am an honesty maven for two reasons — honesty is a good foundation for any relationship and as a woman closer to cougar age than kittens, I simply couldn’t remember a lie! Far too complicated.
