Valentine’s Day is just 6 weeks away. And yet we are already bombarded with news of how to catch a cheating spouse. Even if you suspect infidelity, instead of stooping to snoop, take control.
You do have within you the power of gratitude. New Year 2011: Choose an attitude of gratitude say researchers
Valentine’s Day Countdown, Tip 1:
Focus on the person with whom you fell in love and start today to fall in love again.
Paste a picture of you and your husband on the refrigerator, one of the two of you smiling happily.
Focus on that picture for 10 minutes.
Write out what you love best about him.
Write out three reasons why you fell in love.
Ignore all notions and thoughts of cheating.
Then what? For an entire day, walk, talk, think, and act as if you are married to the most wonderful man in the world. Think positively. Don’t stoop to snoop. ( Valentine Love 2011: defeat infidelity, choose gratitude news)
